An Island based singer-songwriter, whose music ranges from folk- rock to jazz, David details a varied and eclectic list of influences including John Martyn, Ry Cooder, James Taylor, Bing Crosby, and Frank Zappa! For me he is reminiscent of Mike Chapman and Jon Isherwood!
At last year’s festival he was accompanied by a veritable super-group of Island talent – Becky Haydock on Fiddle, Andy Noctor on guitar and Robin Whitehead on acoustic bass guitar. We are yet to find out what format he will be reincarnated in this year but we know we can look forward to an engaging performance.
